Doorman

About the role

The Doorman is the first point of contact for guests at Yas Plaza Hotels, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival experience. You will assist with vehicle doors, luggage, transportation arrangements, and local information to create a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Open and close car doors, assist with luggage handling.
• Arrange taxis, provide directions and recommend nearby attractions and public transport.
• Deliver accurate information about hotel services and local amenities.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming entrance area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a concierge or guest‑service role.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
