About the role

The Dredging Works Manager will lead and coordinate all dredging and marine construction activities for NMDC Group in Abu Dhabi. This senior position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of marine project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams to plan, schedule, and execute dredging projects.
Oversee contract administration and commercial aspects of marine works.
Ensure compliance with international HSE and environmental standards.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates.
Analyse project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

Proven leadership and people‑management experience in marine or dredging projects.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and project‑management capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
