Driver – Luxury Resort

About the role

Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a reliable Driver to support operations at its remote Desert Islands Resort & Spa. The role involves transporting guests, team members and management safely and professionally while upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport team members, guests, management and company personnel as assigned.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe and in good working condition.
• Assist with staff transportation, airport transfers, city trips and other operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage and vehicle‑related activities.
• Ensure timely pick‑up and drop‑off of passengers according to scheduled timings.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in a remote resort environment and accommodate operational needs.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members at all times.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Responsible, punctual and safety‑conscious.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to live and work in a remote resort location.
