E-Commerce & Online Activation Specialist (English/Arabic)

About the role

The E‑Commerce & Online Activation Specialist will drive online sales performance and ensure flawless digital campaign execution across e‑commerce platforms and retail partners in the UAE. Reporting to the brand team, the specialist will act as the bridge between commercial, distributor and agency teams, guaranteeing that every online touch‑point is locally relevant, conversion‑focused and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day e‑commerce execution on key marketplaces, managing product content, imagery, SEO, pricing, availability and customer reviews.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sell‑out, share and ROI, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Support commercial teams with online forecasting, promotions planning and performance monitoring.
• Lead digital activation of brand campaigns, coordinating launches, seasonal events and always‑on promotions across retailer media platforms.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely rollout of assets, messaging and mechanics.
• Serve as primary contact for distributors, retailers and agencies on e‑commerce matters, ensuring local compliance and relevance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and post‑campaign evaluations, translating data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online sales activation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
