Cluster Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Cluster Social Media Coordinator at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island creates, manages and optimises engaging digital content across the hotel’s social platforms. This role strengthens brand presence, drives guest engagement and supports revenue‑generating campaigns through compelling storytelling and visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish high‑quality images, videos, reels, stories and captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Capture on‑site photo and video content showcasing rooms, dining, experiences, events, staff and guest moments.
• Execute the social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and brand guidelines.
• Support launches of hotel offers, events, food & beverage promotions and partnerships through social media.
• Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments, messages and reviews, and engage followers to build community.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth, and prepare regular insight reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers or photographers when required.

Required profile

• Excellent written, spoken and read English proficiency.
• Previous marketing experience in hospitality, agency or airline environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of the local market.
• Creative, ideas‑orientated and positive team player.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience with AI‑powered content creation and editing tools.
