E-commerce Specialist (Shopify) – Dubai

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai focuses on managing and optimizing a Shopify storefront. You will enhance product listings, pricing, promotions and the overall customer journey to drive sales and improve the online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Shopify site, including product collections, pricing, and merchandising.
• Implement UX/UI improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, customer service, operations and logistics teams to launch campaigns, landing pages and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Monitor site performance, analyze e‑commerce metrics and generate data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage Shopify apps, integrations and customizations.
• Oversee checkout, payment, order tracking and post‑purchase flows.
• Conduct performance, security and speed monitoring, and resolve web errors.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Shopify store setup, management and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and website data.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑service orientation and sales‑focused attitude.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
