Early Years Arabic Teacher

About the role

We are seeking passionate and creative Early Years Arabic Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Arabic language instruction to young learners in a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment, supporting early literacy and language acquisition through play‑based and inquiry‑led learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Arabic instruction using Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster a love for Arabic through songs, storytelling, games and hands‑on activities.
• Support children’s holistic development—cognitive, emotional, physical and social—using age‑appropriate strategies.
• Adapt teaching approaches during focus‑group activities to meet individual developmental stages.
• Collaborate with English‑speaking teachers to create a bilingual, immersive classroom experience.
• Plan, assess and document learning outcomes and child observations.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, performances and extracurricular activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, Arabic language or a related field.
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) and good spoken and written English.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and professional commitment.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or completion of a relevant teaching internship/training in an early years setting.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 (or equivalent) in relevant undergraduate studies.
• Understanding of early childhood development and age‑appropriate pedagogies.
• Creative, energetic and caring disposition with genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to work productively as part of a collaborative team and commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive teaching.
