EC&C Recruiter – Fixed‑Term (6‑12 months) in Dubai

About the role

This fixed‑term position offers a recruitment professional the chance to manage large‑scale graduate and emerging talent programmes across the UAE. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for graduate, internship and entry‑level programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Attend university open‑day events and support campus recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS and support reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• UAE National (family book required) fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and motivated to develop a career in talent acquisition.
