Independent Recruitment Partner – Build Your Own Practice

About the role

Join The Greater Change as an Independent Recruitment Partner and run your own recruitment practice with full support. You’ll leverage TGC’s brand, tools and infrastructure while owning your client relationships and specialisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client base in the industry or niche you know best.
• Run end‑to‑end searches, from briefing to signed offer.
• Source, screen and present candidates that meet client expectations.
• Become the trusted name in your specialisation.
• Share market insights and ideas with a small, ambitious founding group.

Required profile

• Solid recruitment background with a proven track record of placements.
• Deep knowledge of a specific industry or role specialisation.
• Ability to win client relationships and manage searches from briefing to placement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – self‑driven, accountable and ambitious.
• Genuine care for clients and candidates alike.
• GCC network (preferred).
