Ecommerce Manager – Luxury Brands

About the role

The eCommerce Manager will drive the eCommerce strategy for the Jacquemus and Farm Rio brands, own the online profit & loss, and optimise profitable growth. The role combines data‑driven insights, performance marketing, operations and online merchandising to deliver a world‑class customer experience while working closely with internal teams, suppliers and agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual eCommerce strategy and budget in partnership with senior brand leaders.
• Manage product, pricing and promotional tactics across retail, eCommerce and e‑Retail channels to maximise site performance.
• Own the online brand P&L, analyse cost drivers and implement actions to improve profitability.
• Develop and maintain product assortment, categorisation, tagging and search functionality to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Plan and run promotions, campaigns and ensure accurate product content, pricing and imagery.
• Create and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across PPC, display, social and affiliate channels.
• Continuously monitor and refine marketing spend, creative assets and targeting based on performance data.
• Analyse web data to identify improvement opportunities, understand customer behaviour and report on key performance indicators.
