About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Economics and Business Teacher to join GEMS Wellington Academy Al Khail in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, fostering a deep understanding of economic principles and business concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Economics and Business curriculum for Key Stages 3‑5.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects.
Required profile
- A B.Ed or subject‑related degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Economics/Business at Key Stages 3‑5.
- Ability to share outstanding teaching practice.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach in and out of the classroom.
Required skills
- Excellent IT proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with students and parents.
