Arabic Teacher (AY27/28) – Full‑Time

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a passionate Arabic Teacher for the academic year 2027/28 to join its growing network of schools in Dubai. The role involves delivering engaging, play‑based Arabic lessons to a diverse student body while fostering curiosity and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver Arabic lessons that cater to the full ability range of the class, using both face‑to‑face and hybrid learning methods.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and curriculum support staff to design curriculum‑aligned, interactive lessons.
• Assess and monitor student progress, record data using the Target Tracker system, and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with the school’s behaviour policy and act as a positive role model.
• Engage with parents and carers to discuss student achievement and wellbeing.
• Participate in extra‑curricular activities, school events and occasional weekend or evening outings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic or a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with learners for whom Arabic is not the first language.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and the holistic development of students.
• Clean enhanced DBS/Disclosure and Barring Service check.
