About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Foreman to lead daily site activities on ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising crews, ensuring installations match project drawings, and maintaining strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise E&I technicians and workers on daily installation tasks.
Interpret and execute works based on E&I drawings, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and tray layouts.
Control and manage tools, instruments, cables, and installation materials on site.
Enforce ADNOC safety rules, conduct daily toolbox talks, and monitor site safety compliance.
Report progress and issues directly to the site engineer.

Required profile

Proven experience as an E&I Foreman on ADNOC projects.
Strong hands‑on background in Electrical & Instrumentation works within Oil & Gas or EPC environments.
UAE‑based with immediate availability preferred.
