Electrical Inspector – Site

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Electrical Inspector – Site to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring the safety, quality and regulatory compliance of electrical installations across multiple construction projects in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components on construction sites to verify compliance with local and international codes and standards.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and specifications for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Perform comprehensive tests on electrical installations using specialized testing equipment to confirm safety and functionality.
• Identify, document and report electrical deficiencies, code violations and potential safety hazards.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers and project managers to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all findings.
• Stay updated on changes to UAE electrical standards, codes and industry best practices.
• Participate in pre‑construction meetings to discuss electrical requirements and challenges.
• Travel to various construction sites across the UAE as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience inspecting electrical installations on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical standards and international codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UAE and work on‑site.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
