Electrical Job Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Job Instructor to deliver on‑the‑job (OJT) training to junior and senior UAE national trainees and new employees. The role supports the company’s annual training plan and contributes to the Emiratization target by developing competent electrical, mechanical and instrument personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide OJT training for junior and senior UAE national developees and new employees.
• Assist in developing the annual training plan by reviewing and evaluating proposed courses to ensure alignment with technical training objectives.
• Support implementation of field training plans according to timelines and quality standards.
• Review technical requirements of Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical functions and develop OJT programs for UAE national trainees.
• Prepare training schedules based on operational needs and personal development plans.
• Manage and update OJT information, arranging learning resources such as training material, operation manuals, technical drawings and procedures.
• Deliver individual OJT to operators, technicians and engineering trainees as needed.
• Provide refresher training to established operations personnel upon request.
• Ensure all OJT activities comply with operational requirements and HSE policies.
• Plan plant visits, conduct OJT on site and issue performance reports for management.
• Develop and administer theoretical and practical assessments for trainees.

Required profile

• Experience delivering on‑the‑job training to UAE nationals and new employees.
• Knowledge of mechanical, instrument and electrical technical requirements and procedures.
• Familiarity with HSE policies and ability to ensure compliance.
• Capability to develop training schedules and manage training resources.
