Student Recruitment Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Student Recruitment Officer will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the application process and promoting Al Ain University’s programmes. This role supports the university’s enrollment targets by providing accurate information and personalized advice.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, providing details on application procedures, fees and course options.
• Advise and counsel students on programme offerings, admission requirements, eligibility criteria and associated costs.
• Identify and recruit prospective students to achieve enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with university and departmental staff to answer queries and improve service workflow.
• Plan, manage and attend on‑campus and off‑campus events, including exhibitions, education fairs and promotional kiosks.
• Promote university programmes across schools, fairs and other outreach channels.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
