Electrical Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Electrical Site Engineer to join ALEC Holdings in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for coordinating electrical site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work complies with project specifications, drawings, program requirements, and QA/QC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical site activities within a defined section of works.
• Manage electrical subcontractors to deliver safe and high‑quality installations.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical standards, project specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover procedures.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with strong technical and operational MEP construction experience.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local electrical standards and safety practices.
