Electrician – Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join the maintenance team at Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park. The role involves responding promptly to guest repair requests and ensuring the hotel’s electrical and mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests, performing troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, visual inspections, cleaning and lubrication of tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
• Identify and operate shut‑off valves and utility controls, and use the Lockout/Tagout system before work.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts and supplies, and communicate shift activities to the next team.
• Perform minor painting, drywall, wood‑trim repairs, and ensure thorough clean‑up of work areas.
• Program televisions, replace light bulbs, A/C filters and electrical switches/outlets, and handle basic landscaping and sprinkler repairs.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies, wear a professional uniform and uphold guest service standards.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems, carpentry and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work safely using Lockout/Tagout procedures and to follow documented maintenance processes.
• Professional appearance, confidentiality and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Team player who can communicate effectively across shifts.
