About the role

Talentspoc is urgently seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a fast‑paced healthcare team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will deliver immediate, expert care to patients presenting with acute medical emergencies, playing a critical role in saving lives and improving outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly assess, diagnose, and treat patients with urgent medical conditions.
• Perform life‑saving procedures and interventions as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing and specialist staff.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and departmental audits.
• Educate patients and families about emergency care processes.

Required profile

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Emergency Medicine recognised by relevant accreditation bodies.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical licence to practice in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prior experience in emergency medicine is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
