Employee Engagement Senior Specialist

About the role

The Employee Engagement Senior Specialist will shape and deliver well‑being initiatives across ADIB Group, working closely with operational managers to foster a healthy, supportive workplace. This senior role blends analytical expertise with hands‑on program delivery to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and oversee charity‑related requests, validate employee documents, and manage charity committee submissions.
• Execute charity committee decisions, control payments and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Plan and run staff draws, raffles and Umra trip programs, handling approvals, vendor sourcing and logistics.
• Prepare quarterly turnover and employee experience reports, provide insights to improve retention.
• Design, implement and evaluate wellbeing programs covering mental, physical and emotional health, while ensuring diversity, inclusion and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Collect and analyse wellbeing data, produce reports and act as a coach/mentor for health initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in health and well‑being initiatives or 6 years in customer experience/satisfaction within a complex organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employee Engagement, sustainability, social sciences, banking or related field.
