Employee Experience Consultant (In‑House Opportunity)

About the role

This position leads the transformation of employee experience for a large, respected organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building a strategic employee experience function that supports culture, engagement and workforce insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an employee experience strategy, framework and roadmap.
• Lead initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development, activation and measurement.
• Conduct culture assessments and support culture‑transformation programmes.
• Own employee listening programmes, including surveys, pulse checks and focus groups.
• Design and implement engagement, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
• Analyse workforce insights and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.

Required profile

• Native or business‑fluent Arabic speaker.
• 10+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, organisational culture, EVP or HR transformation.
• Proven track record delivering engagement surveys, culture diagnostics and experience strategies.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and drive change.
• Bachelor’s degree plus a professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent).
• Experience in government, semi‑government or large complex organisations is a plus.
