Employee Relations Manager

About the role

The Employee Relations Manager will champion a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace culture. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will ensure fair application of policies, resolve conflicts proactively, and manage complex employee cases.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Provide expert guidance to leaders and staff on employee relations matters.
• Lead investigations, manage complex employee cases, and drive proactive conflict resolution.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, People Operations, Rewards, and business leaders to mitigate risk and enhance employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and support organizational effectiveness in a large, matrixed environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 4‑5 years focused on employee relations.
• Proven experience managing investigations and complex employee cases.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
