Employee Relations Officer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and focuses on building and maintaining positive workplace relationships. The Employee Relations Officer acts as a bridge between staff and management, ensuring compliance with local labour legislation while promoting an inclusive, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mediate conflicts and resolve employee grievances in a fair and empathetic manner.
• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Develop, implement, and update policies that enhance employee satisfaction and align with organisational goals.
• Monitor adherence to UAE labour and employment laws across all business units.
• Provide guidance to managers on best practices for employee relations and workplace culture.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employer engagement, and employee engagement concepts.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, including active listening and mediation.
• Understanding of labour and employment law and its practical application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar employee‑relations role and ability to thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
