Recruitment Specialist – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition for our real‑estate brokerage operations at our Dubai South headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring brokers and corporate staff within the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for real‑estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff.
• Handle hiring needs across multiple departments including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, and customer service.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate hiring processes and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real‑estate professionals and corporate talent.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, specifically in real‑estate brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices and labor market.
• Proven ability to hire real‑estate brokers and corporate staff successfully.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
