Endocrinologist – Full‑Time Position in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Endocrinologist to join our internal medicine practice in Dubai. The successful physician will deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care, building lasting relationships and contributing to a collaborative, efficient office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a roster of patients by providing compassionate, holistic care.
• Assess patient symptoms, inquire into the nature of illness or injury, and accurately diagnose medical conditions.
• Perform clinical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and conduct in‑office treatments when possible.
• Prescribe appropriate medications or therapies, calculate correct dosages, and educate patients on proper use.
• Document patient information in both paper and electronic systems, and maintain confidentiality.
• Conduct follow‑up appointments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed and collaborate with other physicians.
• Supervise and train medical staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and stay current with medical advancements.
