Endpoint & End User Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint & End User Support Engineer to provide temporary operational coverage while a key resource is absent. The role will focus on managing endpoints, ensuring device compliance, and delivering first‑ and second‑level support across the enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ManageEngine Endpoint Central and monitor OS and third‑party patches.
• Deploy software, upgrades and manage packages across Windows 10/11 devices.
• Implement device control policies, including USB and peripheral restrictions.
• Maintain endpoint health, security alerts and compliance remediation.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, network, printing and application issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device preparation, deployment and recovery.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 account administration, application support and device enrollment.
• Track incidents, resolve service requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Support IT asset management and security awareness activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in endpoint management and end‑user support.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 administration.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow documented processes.
