Engineering Coordinator – Emiratization Program

About the role

The Engineering Coordinator will support the Engineering Division of Shangri‑La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, ensuring smooth operation of all engineering projects and facilities. This position is part of the Emiratization Program and is open to Emirati nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project logistics, documentation and communication across the Engineering Division.
• Coordinate resources, track progress and maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, manage schedules, facilitate meetings and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily coordination with other hotel departments.
• Attend meetings, briefings, training sessions and hotel‑related activities.
• Maintain safety standards in line with Occupational Health and Safety policies.
• Support property safety, first‑aid, fire and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a high standard of etiquette, efficiency and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and a friendly character.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or customer service.
• Alignment with Shangri‑La values and effective communication skills.
