About the role

The Brand Host is the first point of contact for visitors to the EXEED showroom, delivering a premium and personalized experience. You will ensure a welcoming, luxury‑oriented atmosphere while supporting sales and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors courteously, offer refreshments, and create a positive first impression.
• Register visitor information in the CRM, manage appointments, and coordinate traffic flow.
• Answer phone calls, handle email inquiries, maintain visitor records, and support administrative tasks.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on EXEED products, campaigns, and events, and assist with launches and marketing activities.
• Monitor showroom cleanliness, coordinate with housekeeping, and report any maintenance or experience issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, front‑desk, hospitality, luxury retail or automotive environments; dealership experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic preferred.
• Presentable, well‑groomed, with a passion for luxury brands and excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM systems (preferred).
