About the role
Pinnacle Education is seeking a motivated Enrollment Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. The role involves guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey, building strong relationships, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on available education and training programs.
- Conduct student consultations and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process.
- Maintain accurate student records and enrollment documentation.
- Promote training programs and support enrollment growth initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed assigned enrollment targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in student enrollment or a related field.
- Passion for education and student success with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM and record maintenance.
