Enterprise Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

Elastic is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to expand the adoption of its AI‑powered search, observability and security platform across new Mid‑Market accounts in Dubai. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers solve complex data challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic’s search, observability and security solutions in new and existing accounts.
• Position Elastic as the preferred Search AI platform by speaking fluently about cloud economics, usage‑based pricing and modern data architectures.
• Identify and develop new use cases that showcase the value of Elastic’s technology.
• Develop comprehensive territory plans leveraging community, customer and partner ecosystems.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, using MEDDPICC qualification to focus on high‑confidence opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales to large strategic or public‑sector accounts.
• Strong focus on acquiring new logos with a history of over‑achievement.
• Blend of high‑level technical curiosity and value‑based selling expertise.
• Ability to craft tailored value stories that link Elastic’s technical capabilities to business outcomes.
