Enterprise Applications Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Developer to design, build, and maintain ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions that support critical business processes across multiple functions. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring compliance with security and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications using APIs and web services.
• Create automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and bug fixing for enterprise applications.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, testing, and release management activities.
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as banking, financial services, or fintech is preferred.
