About the role
The Enterprise Document Verification Agent is responsible for ensuring that customer documents are accurately verified, processed, and recorded. This role involves direct interaction with customers, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers and schedule visits to verify documents.
- Complete application forms and review order details.
- Verify, collect, and scan customer documents, then submit originals to document management.
- Send requests for finance approval when required.
- Raise activities in CRM and follow up until approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all document verification activities.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely processing.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with good time‑management abilities.
