Enterprise Sales Director – EMEA

About the role

Fiserv, a global leader in fintech and payments, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for the EMEA region. The role focuses on driving growth with large merchants and digital businesses by modernising card‑not‑present payments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise business development for CommerceHub across the EMEA region.
• Prospect, qualify, and advance strategic opportunities with large merchants and digital commerce clients.
• Engage C‑level and senior decision‑makers including CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments and Digital Commerce leaders.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through solution alignment, commercial negotiation and contract close.
• Build, maintain and forecast a healthy pipeline of high‑value enterprise opportunities.
• Partner with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal and Customer Success to deliver compelling client solutions.
• Position CommerceHub capabilities across payment orchestration, acquiring, fraud prevention, tokenization and payment optimisation.
• Represent Fiserv with professionalism, market insight and a client‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise B2B sales success in complex fintech, payments, acquiring or payment orchestration environments.
• Strong expertise in card‑not‑present payments, payment gateways, omnichannel commerce and enterprise payment flows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close high‑value strategic deals with enterprise clients.
• Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders across large merchant organisations in EMEA.
• Strong consultative selling and commercial discipline.
