Enterprise Software Sales Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Software Sales Manager will drive growth for SquareOne in the UAE by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders. This customer‑facing position focuses on selling a portfolio that includes Digital Transformation, Enterprise Content Management, Automation, Data & AI, and Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the UAE through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from requirement gathering to solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate closely with presales, technical, and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast pipelines, and support finance with payment follow‑up.
• Represent SquareOne at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and workshops to generate new leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions in the UAE market.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and building long‑term relationships.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into value‑added solutions.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
