Entertainment Technician

About the role

The Entertainment Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining audio, video and lighting equipment across the park’s live shows and events. You will work both independently and as part of a technical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks, start‑up and shutdown procedures for AVL and network systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to minimise show downtime.
• Support production and event sales teams by meeting technical requirements for shows.
• Complete maintenance checklists and report faults to shift supervisors.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience with audio, video, lighting and special‑effects equipment in a live entertainment environment.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronics and IT network systems.
• Familiarity with show control systems and entertainment‑show technology.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under strict timelines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
