About the role
The Greaser/Oiler will support maintenance operations by ensuring equipment is properly lubricated and operating efficiently within an energy production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply lubricants to machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor lubrication points and report any irregularities.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to maintain safe and reliable operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to lubrication activities.
Required profile
- Ability to work with personnel from different cultural backgrounds.
- Motivate and inspire colleagues to develop knowledge, skills and competencies.
- Measure progress toward timely achievement of goals.
