ERM Director

About the role

Bybit is looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Director to build and lead the second‑line risk function for its cryptocurrency exchange platform. Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk, you will shape the ERM framework, ensure regulatory alignment, and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve a group‑wide ERM framework in line with COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
• Design risk governance structures, policies, and standards that meet global regulatory expectations for crypto exchanges.
• Define, monitor, and report on risk appetite, key risk indicators (KRIs), and scenario analyses.
• Oversee identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial, non‑financial, operational technology, third‑party, and cybersecurity risks.
• Lead stress‑testing and risk‑modeling activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators and group‑level risk teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant risk management experience (144 months).
• Proven ability to design and operate enterprise‑wide risk frameworks.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and regulators.
