ESL Instructor – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced ESL instructor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely from your home, using your expertise in English and Arabic to assess chatbot performance and create realistic conversation scenarios.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in both English and Arabic to measure progress.
- Write novel dialogue scripts that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and brand voice.
- Provide detailed feedback and quality scores for each AI model.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Detail‑oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
