EV & Mechanical Technician

About the role

We are looking for an EV & Mechanical Technician to join our workshop in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose, maintain and repair both electric and conventional vehicles, ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs and diagnostics on engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and electric power‑train systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements and tire rotations.
• Review work orders, follow service instructions and complete tasks within time and quality guidelines.
• Handle hand tools, power tools, lifts and diagnostic machines safely, maintaining them in good condition.
• Record parts used, work performed and time spent on digital job cards and report additional faults.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel and fellow technicians, and attend technical training.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and safety‑conscious with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workshop environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and occasionally explain repairs to customers.
