Events and Sales Manager

About the role

Sirene by Gaia is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and commercially driven Events & Sales Manager to join its Dubai team. The role oversees the entire event sales journey—from the first client enquiry to successful execution—while building strong client relationships and collaborating closely with operations to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue through private, corporate, group, and special‑occasion events.
• Manage the full event sales cycle, from enquiry and proposal to negotiation, contracting and hand‑over to operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, event agencies, corporates and industry partners.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, contracts and event agreements.
• Conduct venue tours and client meetings, presenting Sirene by Gaia as a premier events destination.
• Coordinate event details, budgets, menus, layouts and timelines in collaboration with culinary, marketing and management teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within Dubai’s events and hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in events sales, hospitality sales, venue sales or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of generating and converting event business.
• Strong network within Dubai’s hospitality, corporate and luxury lifestyle sectors (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercially minded, target‑driven and proactive in generating new business.
• Professional, personable and polished with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Experience working in Dubai/UAE hospitality is preferred.
