Events Runner – Global Village

About the role

Coordinate the execution and delivery of events, live shows and activations at Global Village, ensuring they follow operational guidelines and processes. The role involves overseeing setup, logistics, on‑site activities and supplier liaison to guarantee smooth event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup, logistics, operations and on‑site activities, maintaining timelines and operational requirements.
• Monitor compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, Permit to Work documentation and government approvals.
• Supervise on‑site event operations, identify issues and support timely resolutions.
• Prepare operational reports and action plans before, during and after events and activations.
• Oversee commercial activations, product placements and filming activities to ensure alignment with approved agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in events, supporting live shows and on‑ground activations.
• Strong knowledge of event operations, logistics coordination, supplier management and stage audio‑visual setups.
• Understanding of HSE standards for outdoor events and structure setup requirements.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, planning and documentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal transportation.
