Executive Assistant (C‑Suite) – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the award‑winning FIVE Hotels and Resorts as an Executive Assistant supporting the C‑Suite. You will work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment, ensuring senior leaders operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the daily schedule of C‑Suite executives, preventing overlaps and conflicts.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, client appointments, business reviews, and team events.
• Organise comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transport.
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of executives.
• Draft, proofread and manage correspondence, emails, reports and presentations.
• Prepare agendas, briefings and supporting documents ahead of meetings.
• Record meeting minutes, track action items and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant in Dubai with a luxury hospitality brand.
• Previous support of a CFO or other senior finance leader is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working with C‑Suite executives and willingness to travel.
• Creative problem‑solver with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
