About the role
AMH Tourism, a destination management company based in Dubai, is expanding its premium corporate and sports travel division. The Travel Operations Manager will lead a team to deliver hotel bookings, visa arrangements and meet‑and‑greet services for corporate and high‑net‑worth clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 5–7 staff members.
- Manage corporate and high‑net‑worth client travel programs.
- Oversee travel systems, hotel content aggregators and B2B distribution platforms.
- Maintain airline relationships and an established industry network.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong experience managing corporate and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
