Executive Assistant Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager supports the Area General Manager in leading Voco Dubai, driving financial performance, guest satisfaction and brand standards. This senior position combines operational leadership with people development to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily hotel operations, plan and assign work, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Develop and coach team members, set performance goals and recognise achievements.
• Train staff on compliance, brand standards and efficient work practices.
• Recommend and initiate HR actions when required.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate communication across shifts and departments.
• Interact with guests, clients, government officials and industry representatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment in line with hotel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a public‑relations representative to raise awareness of the hotel and brand within the local community.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability and experience acting on behalf of senior hotel management.
• Strong people‑development skills with a focus on coaching and performance management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
• Ability to ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance within the hotel.
