About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support senior leadership in Abu Dhabi. The role combines high‑level administrative assistance with coordination of project activities for an education‑focused client. The position is a one‑year renewable contract, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where administrative excellence and project delivery are critical to the client’s educational initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Coordinate project tasks, track milestones and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Assist procurement processes by liaising with vendors, preparing documentation and following up on orders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and monitor action items to guarantee follow‑up.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support and project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience using project management tools.
