Join a prestigious resort in Dubai Marina as the Executive Housekeeper, responsible for preserving the property’s high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will lead the housekeeping department, shape policies, and oversee budgeting to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the resort’s exceptional level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and manage a large housekeeping team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Prepare and control the housekeeping budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall resort performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large housekeeping teams in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
