Game Master – Live Escape Room Host

About the role

The Game Master will be the front‑line host for our live escape‑room experiences in Dubai. You will activate the control‑room systems, guide teams through the game, and ensure a safe and entertaining environment from opening to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and check all control‑room devices, air‑conditioning, and ethernet connections before opening.
• Conduct pre‑game inspections of each room to confirm readiness.
• Brief participants on rules, safety guidelines and game objectives.
• Monitor teams during gameplay, provide hints when needed, and escort them back to reception.
• Reset rooms after each session and perform minor emergency repairs or replacements.
• Shut down and organise the control room at closing.
• Assist the operations team with birthday parties, team‑building events and portable‑room setups.
• Report health‑and‑safety issues and potential repairs to the Operations Manager.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Branch or Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends and nights.
• Commitment to a six‑day work week with one weekday off.
• Readiness to act as an escape‑room performer when required.
• Proficiency with PC usage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
