Executive Housekeeper (Rooms Experience Manager)

Accor is preparing for the reopening of its hotel in Ras Al-Khaimah and is looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper acting as Rooms Experience Manager. The role brings a fresh perspective to traditional housekeeping, ensuring every detail contributes to the guest experience. As a leader, the person inspires a team that takes pride in turning spaces into experiences, combining operational expertise with a guest-focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, room condition and presentation through regular inspections and quality assurance.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected and released within targeted turnaround times to support the Front Office.
• Oversee the detailed preparation and presentation of suites, including amenities and brand alignment.
• Make sure guest preferences, special requests, VIP requirements and personalised arrangements are recorded, communicated and delivered.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to identify, report, track and resolve room defects before rooms are released.
• Develop, maintain and review the annual deep-cleaning roster for guestrooms, suites, public areas and back-of-house spaces, monitor progress and adjust timelines according to occupancy.
