Executive Manager - Business Banking Products

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as an Executive Manager responsible for the Business Banking lending product portfolio. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable product plans, govern the product lifecycle, and optimise portfolio performance to drive sustainable asset growth and risk‑aligned returns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear lending product plans, priorities and roadmaps that support loan book growth, profitability and customer outcomes.
• Own planning and prioritisation of the lending product portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Monitor portfolio performance (growth, revenue, margins, risk‑adjusted returns) and implement pricing, structural and portfolio actions to improve commercial outcomes.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development and approval through launch, monitoring, enhancement and rationalisation.
• Ensure product initiatives comply with governance frameworks, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain product structures, eligibility parameters and controls in line with risk appetite and credit policy.
• Support sales and relationship teams with product expertise, pricing guidance, training and structured product support.
• Drive digitisation, simplification and coordination with Technology and Operations to improve lending journeys and delivery models.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Business Banking or lending product portfolios.
• Strong ability to translate strategic direction into detailed product plans and roadmaps.
• Solid understanding of risk‑adjusted returns, pricing strategies and regulatory compliance in banking.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including sales, technology and operations.
