Executive Manager – Business Banking Value Proposition

About the role

The Retail Banking Group at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is looking for an Executive Manager to shape and deliver differentiated value propositions for Business Banking customer segments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive acquisition, engagement and portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs, market trends and competitor positioning to define commercially viable segment value propositions.
• Translate analytics and market intelligence into structured strategies and proposition frameworks.
• Design and continuously enhance product, pricing, service and experience components for each segment.
• Lead proposition initiatives, build business cases and coordinate execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse portfolio performance metrics and external data to identify opportunities, risks and growth levers.
• Develop and oversee acquisition, activation and retention programmes aligned with segment strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business banking, product development or strategy within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market intelligence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering customer‑centric solutions that improve profitability.
